Last spring my husband, kids and I rented a house on the Oregon coast with my sister and her family. We stopped in at a little quilt shop in Newport, Quilter's Cove, where they had a wonderful selection of ocean themed fabric as well as other out-of-doors fabric and Asian inspired fabric.
With a great deal of restraint, the only thing I bought was the book Gathered from the Garden, by Cindy Lammon. I was fostering an interest in learning applique and this book spoke to me with all of the flowers.
